	Appointment Policy We accept appointments, walk-ins, and emergencies; however, we prefer appointments. Request an appointment by logging in to your Pet Portal. Please make your requests at least 72 hours in advance.
	New Customers Please fill out this New Client form and bring it to our office at your first appointment. Click here to download our New Client form.
	Pre-Surgical Policy We ask that our surgical patients have no food or water after midnight and that they arrive at the hospital no later than 9:30 in the morning. We recommend pre-anesthetic bloodwork for our patients over 7 years and will administer pain medications as needed.

	Payment Options Payment in full is expected when services are rendered. We accept Cash, Personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We offer senior citizen, multiple pets, Pet Assure, and rescue group discounts.
